The Reformer is a specialized Pilates machine that was invented by Joseph Pilates. The Reformer uses a unique system of springs to add resistance to your workout. The use of these springs results in "progressive resistance", meaning the resistance increases as the spring is stretched.
Classes will challenge how you use your core in relation to this resistance while you enjoy a balanced workout. There is a multitude of creativity in Reformer classes and our teachers strive to offer students a varied repertoire every week. Our studio is proud to offer classes to groups of four on these machines, as we feel keeping the class intimate allows us to better focus on you, the individual.
