Reformer Classes The Reformer is a specialized Pilates machine that was invented by Joseph Pilates. The Reformer uses a unique system of springs to add resistance to your workout. The use of these springs results in "progressive resistance", meaning the resistance increases as the spring is stretched. | ||
Beginner Reformer The class will focus on fundamental exercises using the progressive resistance of the reformer, which will leave you feeling stronger and more flexible. | ||
